Dragon (1990) -
Acrylic and magic marker on cloth
The planning for this
painting consisted of a pencil drawing of a dragon head thrown onto a large
piece of scrap paper, at the time I had not planned to make it into anything
more... but after finding an old Army shirt in the closet I decided to get
creative. The beginning sketch for my first ever paranoiac work is shown
below..

The following
picture shows the finished
piece, looking back there are a few things I would have done differently but it
still came out well considering it is my first venture into hiding things within
the artwork. It isn't easy to see the hidden aspect until it is pointed
out, a hint - my name.

Below shows a detail shot of
the head, it matches up pretty well to the original sketch...

The picture below shows the
whole image from a bottom up perspective, have you found my name in it yet?

No? Well, the sword hilt
is a 'T' and the 'R' is made up of part of the sword and dragons chest, the 'O'
is the amulet and the 'Y' is the crux of the wing.
