Surpass Hosting... Worst. Host. Ever.
I want to let anyone that
even remotely cares know the reason why CMG went MIA...
Those that visited CaseModGod in the past few months
either received a
"See billing department" error message or more recently a
redirect to my ARTbyTROY site. I apologize for any inconvenience,
although the whole mess was mostly beyond my control. The problem...
Surpass Hosting - a company that by their own admission
has become so big that they shouldn't be expected to keep track of anything or
be bothered with
providing timely help, billing or support.
Surpass Hosting even went so far
as holding my CaseModGod domain hostage by disallowing me any access to it... weak.
I was hosted with them for five years and have multiple trouble
tickets and email correspondence that wholly serve to prove just how bad
Surpass Hosting sucks. I don't want to have to publicize this matter any more than
necessary, I will however fully expose the details of their bad business
practices if need be.
If anyone is looking for a good web host
you can hit the 1&1 link at the bottom
of this page... but whatever host you decide on save yourself a ton of of
grief, avoid Surpass Hosting and the headaches, nonsensical drama and half
assed support they provide.
